If there was one box press to rule them all it would be this stick, the Buffalo TEN by El Artista. The edges are more round then sharp, but the cigar has a really flat shape to it. Awesome cigar to hold in your hands.
Pre-Light Draw
It’s simple and straight to the point. Woodsy with a little cedar.
The Sniff
Again, simple and straight to the point. Wood! Nothing but good old-fashioned wood.
First, Second, and Final Third
This cigar may be simple, but it’s full of flavor and is delicious from beginning to end. Right away I thought of a smooth medium roast coffee. Another obvious note is pepper. It doesn’t punch you in the face, but you’ll know it’s there. The retro-hale is my favorite. What I’m getting is why I just love this cigar. Do you want to take a guess to what I’m detecting? Go ahead, I’ll wait.
It’s flipping bananas! No doubt. This retro-hale is bananas.
To wrap this up it’s very woodsy, peppery, and banana-ie. That’s pretty much it all I’m getting, and both the burn and draw were excellent throughout.
Final Thoughts
I have nothing but good things to say about the Buffalo TEN natural cigar and won’t hesitate to stock back up on these bad boys! This cigar also comes in a maduro and I will definitely be posting my review on it as well.
